Abstract

The thesis analyzes the competition on the market of aggregates and recyclates. The first part is devoted to the characteristics of the market of aggregates and recyclates, in which Rider Bohemia a.s., is presented as one that operates on this given market. The theoretical part is devoted to the issues outlined in the competitor analysis. The practical part presents the results of the implemented marketing research aimed at competitors and the company itself. The aim of the work was to evaluate competitors based on the acquired information and on the basis of these evaluations, suggest recommendations to Rider Bohemia a.s. management.
