Abstract

Primus CE belongs to the leading commercial laundry machine manufacturers of industry character in Europe with a strong presence in North America, Asia and the Middle East. The customers of company Primus CE sorts commercial laundries, hotels, hospitals, retirement’s homes and other. The aim of my „bachelor labour“ has been analysed implementation level of lean manufacturing according to example of Toyota company in Primus CE, s.r.o. and I want to recommend the father steps of increasing present production system. I have been done the analysis of transformation of old production system with aim to implement the new system. I made decision of company Primus CE is on corrected way for implementation of lean manufacturing and accomplishment further improvement close to development those methods. Trough my present theoretic and practise knowledge can’t me implement acceptable recommendation to potential increasing of production system, because production system of company Primus CE is on the implementation level that the company gets near level of automotive industry.
