Význam a tvorba vnitropodnikových směrnic v akciové společnosti

Abstract

V bakalářské práci je řešena problematika tvorby vnitropodnikových směrnic. První část je věnována obecné charakteristice vnitropodnikových směrnic a legislativě, která musí být bezpodmínečně dodržena při tvorbě směrnic. Druhá část se zabývá profilem společnosti Moravia Systems a.s. a jejími všeobecnými vnitropodnikovými směrnicemi. V třetí části je provedena analýza vybraných vnitropodnikových směrnic. Cílem bakalářské práce je podání návrhu upravených a nově vytvořených směrnic společnosti Moravia Systems a.s.

This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of creation of internal directives. The first part focuses on general characteristics of internal directives and legislation which must be strictly observed in the creation of directives. The second part deals with the profile of Moravia Systems a.s. and its general internal directives. The third part contains an analysis of selected internal directives. The aim of the bachelor thesis is submission of the modified and newly created directives proposal of Moravia Systems a.s.
