Uplatnenie vybraných metód a nástrojov v postupoch manažmentu rizík

Abstract

The topic of Master’s thesis is the application of selected methods and tools in risk management processes. The main purpose of the thesis has been to analyze different approaches to risk management, review the use of the selected methods, generate the structured list of potential risks in the enterprises and thus to reach a modified approach to risk management. The first part of the thesis includes the theoretical description of risk management as its basic terminology. Subsequently, the detailed characteristics of the selected approaches appear. In the next part there is the complex analysis of risk management evaluation followed by the description of selected methods, tools and their procedures. The last part is focused on the design of the modified procedure based on the previous studies and experiences. Also, structured list of the potential risks in various industrial sectors is created.
