Vměstky v ocelích a jejich hodnocení

Abstract

Práce poskytuje informace ohledně mikročistoty na základě literárně-studijního rozboru a provedeného experimentu. Popisuje vznik vměstků, jejich základní rozdělení, charakter, vlastnosti, metody rozeznávání. V průběhu technologického toku výroby vznikají vměstky, které ovlivňují konečnou kvalitu výrobků, polotovarů, jsou jedním ze základních parametrů. Je třeba neustále zvyšovat úroveň mikročistoty, a tím zajišťovat konkurenceschopnost výrobců. V závěru je ukázána jedna z mnoha vad, které vměstky vytvářejí.

This work provides information relating to micropurity on the basis of a literary analysis and performed experiments. This work describes the formation of inclusions, their basic distribution, nature, properties and methods of its recognition. In the course of the technological flow of production the inclusions grows up, which affect the final quality of the products, semi-finished products and belongs to the basic parameters. It should be a continuous increase level of the micropurity, and thus ensure the competitiveness of producers. At the close, it is revealed one from many of defects as a results of that inclusions.
