Abstract

Záměrem „Územní studie využití lokality Pržno Z19“, bylo prostorové funkční navržení využití území lokality Z19, která je v územním plánu označená jako rozvojová a určená k funkci bydlení pro zástavbu samostatně stojícími rodinnými domy. Napojení území na technickou a dopravní infrastrukturu a tím lokalitu začlenit na stávající zástavbu v okolí. Najít optimální řešení uspořádaní a členění jednotlivých stavebních pozemků. A to vše s ohledem na požadavky uvedené v územním plánu, dále na udržitelný rozvoj území, který se zabývá nejen současným stavem, ale mimo jiné také budoucími požadavky na prostorové uspořádání a členění jednotlivých pozemků.

The aim of the thesis called “territorial study of utilization of locality Pržno Z19” was proposal of spatial and functional utilization of the territorial locality Z19. In the spatial plan the locality of Z19 is defined to be developing and intended for living by building detached family houses. Connecting the area to technical and transport infrastructure would help with integrating the area with existing house-building. Finding optimal placement and structure of building grounds was next part of the thesis. All of those were made considering the requirements in the spatial plan and also sustainable development, which is engaged not only in current state but also in future conditions of spatial placement and structure of each building ground.
