Průmyslové zóny jako podstatný faktor industrializace Ústeckého kraje

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the analysis of the industrial zone of Krupka and it’s effect on the economy, employment and environment, with subsequent blanket in the industrial zone in the region of Ústí nad Labem. The aim is to evaluate the benefits of industrial zones as a significant factor of industrialization in the Ústí region, where appropriate, proposes modifications to its solution. The first section provides basic concepts related to the industrial zones, including the history and development of industrial zones, followed by an overview of integrated industrial zones of the Ústí region, indicating the fields of activity prevailing in a particular area. In the next part the focus is on an analysis of the industrial zone, which is concluded with the SWOT analysis. In the final part of the thesis is an overall assessment of the contributions made in the industrial zones to the Usti region and proposed additional recommendations on economic transformational changes, in particular, with regard to the environment.
