Abstract

The theme of thesis is Mapping the Processes of Employee Recruitment and Selection in the Selected Organization. The objective is analyze the actual state of the Processes of Employee Recruitment and Selection in the Selected Organization, that state consider and suggest recommendationv, which will improve the achal state. The thesis is divided to two parts, theoretical and practical. The main part of thesis is practical part, which is discovered actual state in choosen company by questionnaire survey in. The questionnaire survey is evaluated and on the base of results of survey are suggested recommendations, which will impove the actual state of the Processes of Employee Recruitment and Selection in the Selected Organization.
