Využití dotačních prostředků EU na příkladu přípravy vybraného investičního projektového záměru

Abstract

The gradual enlargement of the European Union has many benefits, but there are various risks and threats hand in hand with the benefits. Indeed, individual Member States are at different economic and social levels. These differences, called regional disparities, are the cause of the different levels of regional development of the various regions within the Union and also the reason for the existence of EU regional policy. The European Union allocates about a third of its annual budget to regional development. These resources are intended to meet the EU's objectives for the 2014-2020 programming period - Investment for growth and jobs and European territorial cooperation. The instruments that bring these resources to end-users are the European Structural and Investment Funds. The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to provide a comprehensive theoretical view of the importance and possibilities of using European Union subsidies in the field of support for regional development and entrepreneurship. This goal was achieved in the thesis by introducing and explaining important concepts in its selected chapters. Another goal of the thesis was to apply this theoretical concept on the example of the preparation of a specific real business plan.
