Znalostní systémy pro podporu rozhodování v lékařství

Abstract

This thesis deals with creating an expert system to support decision-making about of the final radiotherapy dose for rectal cancer patients. It use of the knowledge extract from experts and during the determination of radiotherapy doses provides the same quality of decisions. This system reflects the approach of the Oncology Clinic at the hospital Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava in the treatment of rectal cancer. The system is designed in a programming environment LFLC 2000, and for easier attitude the graphical user interface was created in Matlab. The work also describes an expert system as an instrument of artificial intelligence for decision support in solving the problems associated with the fuzzy logic.
