Hospodaření státní nemocnice

Abstract

Práce je zaměřena na hospodaření státní nemocnice s cílem provést analýzu hospodaření Vojenské nemocnice Brno, zhodnotit její hospodaření a podat návrhy na opatření. V teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky o zřizovatelích a právních formách existence nemocnic v ČR se zaměřením na organizaci, správu a zásady hospodaření státních nemocnic, které jsou zřizovány jako státní příspěvkové organizace. Druhá část práce je věnována analýze hospodaření Vojenské nemocnice Brno, jejímž zřizovatelem je Ministerstvo obrany ČR. Je provedena analýza nákladů, výnosů, výsledků hospodaření a majetku a zdrojů jeho krytí. V poslední kapitole je provedeno zhodnocení hospodaření nemocnice a jsou podány návrhy na opatření.

The thesis is target the financial management of a state hospital with objective to carry out analysis of the financial management of the Military hospital Brno, to evaluate its financial management and to offer suggestions onto arrangements. In the theoretical part of thesis there are summarized theoretical findings about founders and legal forms of existence of the hospitals in the Czech Republic with a view to organization, management and principles of the financial management of a state hospital which are established as a state allowance organization. Second part of thesis is dedicated to analysis of the financial management of the Military hospital Brno whose founder is the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic. There is made analysis of costs, revenues, incomes from operations and property and sources its footage. In the last chapter, there is made evaluation of a financial management of the hospital and there are offered suggestions onto arrangements.
