Komparace emise dluhopisů a bankovního úvěru při financování investic podniku

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is based on a comparison of bond emission and bank cresdit to finance investments of a company in a chosen company. In the first part of this thesis there are theoretically defined terms investment, investment strategy, costs of both forms of financing and their advantages and disadvantages. The aim of the practical part is to analyze the costs of both forms of financing and their evaluation using other factors. In conclusion is made the evaluation of all factors and the subsequent recommendation of one of the two products.
