Identifikace a hodnocení rizik v projektech vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This Thesis deals with the risk management analysis of a selected company. The investment projects implemented by this selected company are focused on improving the quality of transport in the region of the town Most from the viewpoint of its safety and accessibility. Their implementation is bound to risks which are necessary to identify, analyze and manage. In the theoretical part the theoretical solutions and modern methods for effective risk management in the investment projects are chosen from the expert sources and presented. These methods serve as the basis for analyzing of the findings in the practical part. Based on this analysis results the suggestions how to improve the risk management approach of the selected company are introduced at the end of the Thesis.
