Možnosti využití nástrojů umělé inteligence v personálním řízení ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the possibilities of using artificial intelligence tools in the field of personnel management in the company TŘINECKÉ ŽELEZÁRNY, a. s. The work is structured into two main parts. The theoretical part contains two main chapters, which are devoted to personal studies and artificial intelligence. Human Resources (HR) is presented with an emphasis on its development, important terms in this area and main HR activities, while the section on artificial intelligence deals with its very definition and application in HR management and the independent recruitment process, including the use of recruitment chatbots. The practical part contains an analysis of the current state of personnel management, an indicative analysis of the use of artificial intelligence in the Czech Republic and proposals for the implementation of artificial intelligence in a selected company, with an emphasis on the use of a recruitment chatbot. The conclusion of the work then evaluates some of these proposed solutions in terms of their potential time savings.
