Moderní metody pro automatickou segmentaci optického disku

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of modern methods for automatic segmentation of optical disc. The bachelor thesis contains a brief introduction to the anatomy and pathology of the eye and imaging techniques in ophthalmology. Furthermore, this work contains a review of recent approaches for optical disk segmentation from retinal images. In the main part of the thesis is designed algorithm for automatic segmentation of optical disc, which includes image preprocessing, method of active contours according to Li Wang, segmentation and calculation of geometric parameters of optical disc. The proposed algorithm was tested on 63 images from five different databases and the results of segmentation are evaluated in the conclusion.
