Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to analyse the current system of employees’ evaluation in the company XY and to propose a process improvement plan. In the first part of the thesis the focus is on the theoretical inputs for the the evaluation of the employees. This part also explains the nature of human resource management, work performance management and most attention is paid to the employees’ evaluation itself. In the second part of the thesis, the practical part, the organisation XY is described and the human resources are analysed. The results of the questionaire-based research are categorised, analysed and evaluated. Subsequently, recommendations for the process improvement are proposed.
