Ekonomické a manažerské informační systémy v podniku PROVITAS, a.s.

Abstract

Záměrem diplomové práce je zhodnotit stávající systém kontroly a řízení zakázek na základě docházky projekčního týmu (jednotlivců) a s tím spojenými náklady ve firmě PROVITAS, a.s. a navrhnout optimalizaci a lepší přehlednost kontroly a řízení zakázek pomocí nově nainstalovaného softwaru. V první části je teoreticky popsaná problematika informací a manažerské informatiky. Dále je zde rozepsáno problematika nákladů a jejich dělení a kalkulace nákladů. V dalších kapitolách následuje bližší popis společnosti PROVITAS, a.s. Následuje navržení možných typů vhodných softwarů a doporučení nejvhodnějšího softwaru splňující požadavky zadané podnikem PROVITAS, a. s. V závěru je shrnutí celé práce a doporučení vybraného softwaru vedení podniku pro usnadnění kontroly a řízení zakázek.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the existing system of control and management of contracts based on attendance of the design team (individuals) and the associated costs in the company PROVITAS, a. s. and design optimization and better clarity, control and management of contracts using the newly installed software. The first part is theoretically described the issue of information management and computer science. Then there is the issue of costs broken down and their division and cost calculation. In subsequent chapters, followed by more detailed description of the company PROVITAS, a.s. The following is a suggestion of possible types of appropriate software and recommend the most suitable software meets the requirements specified PROVITAS, a. s. Now, as at the end is a summary of the work and recommendations of selected software management to facilitate the control and management of contracts.
