Abstract
This thesis focuses on „Marketing strategy proposal of selected bike park“. Diploma paper provides the analysis of internal and external neighbourhood of Dolní Morava bike park, the evaluation of research results, proposition of marketing strategy and recommendation for possible changes.
Part of the theoretical section is the definition of key words, mainly referring to marketing, which contain description and depression of separate items related to this topic. Another part of this thesis contains the analysis of current equipment’s condition and the characteristics of bike park atmosphere. I used the form of dialogue and questionnaire to obtain external and internal information, everything is then summarized in SWOT analysis. In the third part the marketing strategy and its practice application is proposed. In the final section, there are research results gathered, conclusions made and recommendations proposed.
