Objekt občanské vybavenosti

Abstract

V této diplomové práci se zabývám z pohledu stavebně technologického, novostavbou objektu občanské vybavenosti v Šenově u Ostravy. Objekt je navržen v centru města na Radničním náměstí. Objekt je řešen jako třípodlažní železobetonový monolitický skelet s plochou střechou. V objektu jsou situovány podzemní garáže, obchod se smíšeným zbožím a knihovna. Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Ve stavební části se zabývám konstrukčním řešením projektu tak, aby odpovídal platným normám a legislativě. V technologické části se zabývám technologickým postupem provádění zděných konstrukcí a technologickým postupem provádění sádrokartonových příček. Tato diplomová práce dále obsahuje položkový rozpočet stavby a harmonogram stavebních prací.

This graduation thesis discusses in terms of building technology about new construction of civic amenity in Šenov. The object is situated in the city center on Radniční square. This concrete-steel monolithic skeleton with flat rooftop is designed as three storeyed. (Building is designed as three storeyed, conrete-steel monolithic skeleton with flat rooftop.) There are underground garages, grcery shop and library situated in the object. This graduation thesis consists of two parts. I’m discussing the structural design of the project in structural part so all valid norms and legislation. In the structural part I’m discussing the structural desing in the correct way of valid norms and legislation. In technological part I’m handling with technological process of mansory construction and implementation of the technological process of plasterboard walls. This graduation thesis also includes itemized budget of the project and construction schedule.
