Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the analysis of measurement systems in the engineering company as regards measurable and attributive quality signs. Finding possible inconsistencies in analyzing measurement systems and designing a possible solution. First of all, attention will be paid to the theoretical part, which focuses on current approaches to analyzing the measurement system. We will describe here the two most commonly used methodologies, which are the MSA and VDA methodologies. The second part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the practical part. Here is a company that introduced this bachelor thesis. There are also two analyzes of measurement and determination of the GRR method by the GRR method and analysis of the compression test according to the MSA methodology. Both of these analyzes are elaborated in the practical part and improvements in the calculation methodology have been proposed for both.
