Rekonstrukce pohonu pasu spojovacího mostu na zakladači ZP6600

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na rekonstrukci pohonu pásu spojovacího mostu zakladače ZP 6600, která by měla nahradit stávající zastaralý a značně opotřebovaný pohon. Z hlediska montáže a demontáže hnací stanice nebo hnacího bubnu, je nutné stávající převodovku rozebírat (půlit) na stroji z důvodu konstrukce samotné převodovky. V diplomové práci je postupně popsána funkce, technické parametry a pracovní zařazení zakladače. V poslední kapitole je konkrétní technický návrh řešení nového pohonu. V práci jsou probrány důvody potřeby rekonstrukce původního pohonu, původní konstrukční řešení pohonů a rozpracován nový návrh pohonu pásu spojovacího mostu včetně náhledů na konstrukční uzly.

This dissertation surveys on a redesign of ZP6600 spreader connection bridge´s belt conveyor drive. The objective of the work is to replace the present old and very worn–out drive of the belt conveyor. If the drive station or driving drum require to be disassembled or to be mounted, it is always necessary to split the present gearbox to the half due its own design. The dissertation consecutively describes function, technical parameters and operational arrangement of the spreader. The reasons to replace the old belt conveyor drive the same way as the original design of the drives are presented in the work in detail. Finally the last chapter of the work shows the specific technical solution of the new belt conveyor drive together with its new design and layouts of constructional points.
