Abstract
Bachelor thesis analyzes the shopping environment in the Drugstores. The research was conducted in Ostrava in stores of dm drugstore markt, drugstore Rossmann and drugstore Teta. For analysis of shopping environment was used method of observation. Content of research was evaluate design of drugstores, presentation of goods and personnel.
