Abstract

This thesis aims to prepare a business plan related to the beginning of business. The first part deals with the theoretical definition of the meaning and structure of the business plan, as well as criteria when deciding on the type of business. Next part - the presentation of the company – describe how the business idea introduce to potential investors or banks. The fourth chapter contains its own full business plan for the company Kvalitni potravina Ltd. and marketing research conducted among potential users of the service. Kvalitni potravina Ltd. will provide the service of rating the quality of food in the form of the label placed next to the product price tags on store shelves. Business plan is based on an analysis of macro environment by using PESTEL analysis and micro analysis made using Porter's five forces model and SWOT analysis. Marketing research has shown that consumers are willing to pay more for quality. On the other hand, the oral qualitative survey showed that a high probability of large food chains are not willing to pay for the product being offered.
