Stavebně technický průzkum a hodnocení zdiva objektu Vodního mlýna ve Skotnici

Abstract

Zděné konstrukce se vyskytují velmi často u kulturních památek. U historických objektů jsou poruchy zděných konstrukcí způsobeny působením více faktorů. Samotné poruchy mohly vzniknout při samotné výstavbě objektu, změnami stavby z pohledu času a z toho vyplývajících změn, nebo mohou být způsobeny špatným užíváním. V případě oprav kulturních památek je cílem návrhu sanace citlivě zvolit optimální způsob zásahu tak, aby byla zachována původnost a památková hodnota všech prvků. Volba sanační technologie je dána výsledky provedeného stavebně technického průzkumu a stavebně historického průzkumu. Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku sanaci zděné obvodové nosné konstrukce. Součástí této práce je návrh sanace zděné obvodové nosné konstrukce v 1.PP na vodním mlýnu ve Skotnici.

Masonry structures are very frequent among cultural monuments. For historical buildings are masonry structures disorders caused by the action of several factors. Deficits may arise during the actual construction of the building, remodeling in terms of time and the resulting changes, or can be caused by poor use. In the case of repairs to monuments redevelopment proposal aims to sensitively select the best method of intervention so as to maintain the originality and historical value of all elements. The choice of remediation technologies is given the results of a survey carried out construction and technical building and historical research. This thesis is focused on the rehabilitation of masonry structure. Part of this work is to design rehabilitation of masonry load-bearing structures on the 1st floor at the water mill in Skotnice.
