dc.description.abstractMá diplomová práce je věnována monitorování stavu srdečních buněk v průběhu operace. V práci je popsána anatomická stavba srdce, současný stav monitorování při operacích a problematika měření, pH teploty a impedance. Dále jsou popsány praktické experimenty měření teploty, pH a impedance na prasečích srdcích a určení vzájemných závislostí těchto veličin pomocí statistických metod. V závěru jsou všechny dosažené výsledky shrnuty a vyhodnoceny.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the dissertation is monitoring of state of heart cells during a surgery. An anatomic structure of the heart, current state of monitoring during surgeries and measuring issue,temperature of pH and impedance are described in the dissertation. Practical experiments of temperature measurement,pH and impedance on pigs´hearts and determination of interdependencies of these quantities by statistical methods are also included. In the end all achieved results are summarized and evaluated.en
