Abstract

work is concerned with the problem of marketing communication hard rock music band. After a theoretical introduction to the topic author analyzes the current situation and examines the degree of popularity of hard rock genre, the degree of use of marketing communication tools, events leading to it and awareness of hard rock band on a representative sample of people from the Moravian-Silesian Region. Research shows that the hard rock style is still promising, effective marketing communication takes place through posters in combination with other tools of the marketing mix and that the awareness of band is insufficient. In conclusion the author proposes a marketing communication plan, which focuses on existing and new tools of communication mix.
