Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování nejvhodnějšího návrhu zástavby prostoru území značeném v územním plánu B28 v Ostravě-Porubě. Zpracovány byly tři varianty řešení, včetně celkového začlenění do urbanistické kompozice okolí s ohledem na zachování základních urbanistických zásad a dodržení všech limit a legislativních omezení území s vazbou na územní plán. Součástí studie byl proveden rozbor problematiky současného stavu lokality na základě shromážděných poznatků o území. Poté byla vybrána jedna varianta a ta byla podrobněji zpracována. Součásti studie je návrh technické a dopravní infrastruktury, detail dětského hřiště, vyhodnocení finančních nákladů a vizualizace.

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of the most suitable design of the development of the area marked on the zoning plan B28 in Ostrava-Poruba. Three variants of management were elaborated, include the overall integration into the urban composition of the surroundings with regard to the preservation of basic urban principles and compliance with all limits and legislative restrictions in the territory in connection with the zoning plan. Part of the studies was an analysis of the current state of the site on the basis of collected knowledge about area. Then one variant was selected and it was processed in moře detail. The study includes the design of technical and transport infrastructure, detail of the playground, evaluation of the financial cost and visualization.
