Zaměstnanecké benefity a jejich analýza u vybraného zaměstnavatele

Abstract

The thesis focuses on the analysis of employee benefits at a selected employer. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the currently offered employee benefits and on the basis of the analysis to develop recommendations and a proposal for a new system of employee benefits. The theoretical part dealt with the characteristics and importance of employee benefits, the history of benefits and the ways of providing them were also defined. At the end of the theoretical part, the legal regulations governing the issue of employee benefits and their taxation were presented. In the practical part, the basic characteristics of the selected employer are presented and the readers are introduced to the current system of employee benefits. This is followed by an analysis of the data collected and finally, based on the analysis, a recommendation and proposal for a new employee benefits system is presented.
