Analýza preferencí návštěvníků vybraných technických a montánních památek na Ostravsku

Abstract

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyse visitor preferences of selected technical and montaneous monuments in Ostrava region. The theoretical part is focused on characterizing Ostrava region, its historical development and current utilization. Then, selected monuments are described. The practical part of the thesis deals with questionnaire survey. the questionnaire survey is created in a printed and an online version. The assessment of one hundred respondents’ answers is presented by pie and bar graphs. Finally, respondents’ suggestions regarding improvements of monuments’ attractiveness are listed and discussed.
