Analýza logistického toku vybraného produktu s využitím procesní mapy

Abstract

This Bachelor’s thesis from area of Quality Management is focused on the analysis of the selected product logistic flow with using process map in the division Mill of the company VUHŽ a.s. In a theoretical part of this thesis is carried out introducing of the company and clarify issues of process approach. Process management approach develops and optimizes the operation of the organization to effectively, efficiently and economically respond to customer demands in a way that defines a workflow as a coherent sequence of actions across the organization . The practical thesis is performedn the analysis of current statue of process approach application of rolled profiles and as well description of the product’s procedure through the company’s processes. In conclusion of the thesis are mentioned the reached knowledge and final evaluation. The aim of this work is streamlining and clarifying of the process management issues using a process map to analyze the logistics flow of cylindrical sections in the company VÚHŽ Inc. in the manufacturing division of rolling special sections
