Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the visualization of information on the reliability of industrial systems in the printing industry. The aim is to design and produce a solution expanding the existing visualization system of the production process. The theoretical part describes the current options and trends in the field of industrial system visualization. The practical part analyzes the existing visualization system implemented in the Moraviapress rotary offset printing works in Břeclav. It was used the available data for calculating reliability indicators, analyzing the results and creating software for their visualization. The thesis is concluded by assessing the acceptance of the results and the new software in practice and estimating a further development in this field, with special focus on maintenance process scheduling and predicting.
