Studium malakocenóz vybraných odvalů Karvinska

Abstract

This diploma work deals with research of land molluscs in Karvina region. Part of this work was also to do the research in ground (collecting was done in october 2008 and march 2009). I was using small rakes to get land molluscs out of soil, stones and vegetation. I did the summary after doing all collections and determination was done right on the localization as well as in the laboratory with microscope. All facts I found out are compiled in the tables. The research was done in 4 areas, that were chosen accidentally. The result of this work is mallacozoological structure on coal dumps in Karvina region and their evaluation. The prezent mallacozoological research proved occurrence of 25 species, 3 of them are aquatic molluscs, the rest are land molluscs. All species that were found in these areas are common species, we could presume this mallacozoological structure.
