Bezpečnostní rizika na místě mimořádné události s velkým počtem raněných a obětí

Abstract

This Bachelor Thesis is focused on the evaluation of security risks which may occur during an extraordinary event with a large amount of casualties. The aim of this paper is to identify possible security risks which directly threatens or may threaten rescue units or casualties. Data for the identification of security risks were gathered from available information sources about extraordinary events, which have been solved in the Czech Republic so far. Another source was used from the exercises of rescue units. The author made identification of possible risks and their analysis on the basis of acquired data, and consequently, the precautions have been suggested for the most important of risks.
