Stanovení informační potřebnosti obyvatelstva během mimořádné události

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na informační potřebnost obyvatelstva při mimořádné události. Součástí práce je také popsání aktuálního informačního procesu, který nastává při reálné hrozbě, nebo vzniku mimořádné události. Pro zjištění informačních potřeb obyvatel, byl proveden průzkum na složkách integrovaného záchranného systému a mezi samotnými obyvateli. Na základě zjištěných údajů byla stanovena informační potřebnost obyvatel a byly navrženy vlastní opatření ke zlepšení informování ze strany integrovaného záchranného systému a dalších zainteresovaných orgánů.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the information need of citizens during extraordinary events. This thesis also describes the current information process, which is needed at the beginning or during the mitigation processes of the extraordinary event. To determine the information needs of the citizens a survey on the integrated rescue system and on the citizens themselves was performed. Based on the collected data the information needs of the citizens was determined. Further on the specific measures to improve the information process from the integrated rescue system and other interested authorities towards the citizens was designed.
