Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on utilization of methods and techniques of strategic management by small and mid-large organizations. The theoretical part defines basic terms which helps to understand both strategic management and strategic planning and management of strategy. The practical part focuses on utilization of such methods and techniques in real business life. The results are analyzed and evaluated. In conclusions, these results are interpreted. The aim of the paper is to know how much methods and techniques of strategic management are used by small and mid-large IT companies in Moravskoslezský region.
