Výzkum motivace zaměstnanců ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with motivation of employees in industrial company. In this particural case it is SEKO Aerospace, a.s, company in Louny. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part are explained basic terms, description of theoretical way-out focused to working motivation of employees, way out, data receiving and theirs evaluation. The theoretical part also includes description of selected company, its organizational structure, production plan and current motivation program. Methodology, data receiving and there treatment and evaluation are also described in this part of diploma thesis. Theoretical knowledge are used for compilation, treatment and evaluation of written questionnaire in practical part of thesis later. In practical part are demonstrated results of written questionnaire, it is furter hypotheses are statistical evaluated. As a major problem, based on research, can be considered approach and style of leading ot the managers and absence feeling of belonging. For these reasons are designed changes and recommendations in the fifth chapter, that should at least partially delete the weak characteristics and thus streamline and make more effective motivation system of the company.
