Abstract

In the first part of the work is theoretically described how the induction motor works and how is the injection method for estimation of rotor position used. The goal of this chapter was to introduce towards the issue of induction motor with variable parameters. Second part of the work looks into the design of induction motor with stable parameters (magnetic flow model) using MATLAB – Simulink. In the next section of the work is described model of induction motor with variable parameters, where position of the rotor is taken into consideration. Characteristics and comparison with theoretical assumptions ensues.
