Rekonstrukce pohonu pojezdu drtiče DS OH

Abstract

The main focus of this Thesis is on a new overburden crusher chassis propulsion system DS-OH. The new propulsion system would replace the existing system that exploits a bevel transmission electromotor in combination with an open gear. The new system has a compact propulsion that is formed by an electromotor and a worm gear transmission while it keeps the same torque and the same chassis speed of the crushing machine. The Thesis describes the new propulsion system function, technical parameters and crusher work inclusion. It also explains the grounds of the new design as well as its ideological and technical plan. In particular, Chapter 4 includes actual technical solution for a brown coal mine. This research provides arguments as to why the new propulsion system is necessary, and describes the original propulsion construction solution and the new design that includes partial manufacturing blue print drawings. It also includes technical dismantling and assembling procedures. The final chapter evaluates technical and financial benefits of the new chassis propulsion design.
