Ochrana obyvatelstva pod vodním dílem Vranovská přehrada

Abstract

Bachelor work is focused on the problems of protection of population living below hydraulic structure in case of extraordinary events, with a special focus on the hydraulic structure Vranov Dam. This work describes hydraulic structure especially respecting their safety and the possibility of occurance of extraordinary events with an eventual fall on the population. It shows the list of extarordinary events for proper Vranov Dam, which occured here in the past, possible reasons of its risk and protection and security of population are described here, including warnings, informing, evacuation and emergency survival. The work also presents the mapping of actual condition of security and protection of population below this waterwork and the suggestion for its emproving.
