This diploma thesis deals with an apartment building with a dental clinic in Havířov. In the first part is worked out the project documentation of the new construction of a three-story basement apartment building with a flat vegetated roof is prepared in the scope for the construction. In the second and third part sis worked out the project documentation for the heating and ventilation of the apartment building. The heat source is a ground/water heat pump with a variant option of an air/water heat pump. Floor heating and under-ceiling recuperation units are designed in the apartment building. Each apartment has its own regulation, both for heating and for air exchange. The diploma thesis includes heat losses calculation, a building energy performance certificate and a building envelope label, a thermal technical assessment of the building, dimensioning of heating and ventilation, and hot water consumption.
