Abstract
The presented thesis deals with the construction design of a new administration building and proposal of a heat source, heating system and hot water preparation. The heat source proposed is a hot-water pressure-independent transfer station water-water.
The thesis is composed of two sections. The theoretical part deals with the drawing up of technical documentation for the execution of the project, according to Decree 62/2013 Coll., including construction and material design of the building as well as design and calculation of individual process equipment of the heat exchanger and heating system.
The drawing section includes complete drawing documentation for the building construction. The building is designed in accordance with valid standards and regulations.
