Abstract
The bachelor thesis is about the analysis of working positions and movements of operators during manual handling of food products. The introduction part of this work is focused on the theoretical description of ergonomics and familiarize the categorization of the job on work positions and physical labor. Next part of the bachelor thesis is the theoretical description of physical labor and working positions. This bachelor thesis describes the methods, which can be used to evaluate work positions and physical labor. The practical part is focused on the description of the select work position of the operator, who manipulates with the cake corpus and on the evaluation of the working positions and the physical labor by using the chosen methods. In the last part of this thesis are presented results of selected methods and proposal of improvements for work positions.
