Hodnocení stavebnětechnického stavu mateřské školy ve Frenštátě pod Radhoštěm

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením stavebnětechnického stavu. Stavebnětechnický stav posuzuje stav konstrukcí a tím stanovuje požadavky na rekonstrukci. V teoretické části práce přibližuje řešenou problematikou hodnocení stavu budovy, její finanční hledisko a hospodaření veřejné správy. V části praktické je provedena aplikace teoretických poznatků, vytvořena studie s návrhem nové zahrady a vytvořeny položkové rozpočty dle potřebných oprav vyplívajících z průzkumu a vytvořen orientační propočet nákladů, který závisí na technické životnosti stavebních dílů.

This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the building technical condition. The technical state of construction assesses the state of the structures and thus defines the requirements for the reconstruction. In the theoretical part of the thesis, it deals with the solved problems of evaluation of the state of the building, its financial aspect and the management of the public administration. In the practical part is applied the theoretical knowledge, created a study with the design of a new garden and created item budgets according to the necessary repairs resulting from the survey and created an indicative cost calculation, which depends on the technical life of the construction parts.
