Abstract
I decided to explore the human site of management staff at different organization levels of a business company.
The first unit is devoted to the theoretical starting points, on which is based the subsequent empirical investigation. I analyze the issue of modern management, compare rationalistic approach to the informal proceedings, followed by a detailed examination of the content and importance of managerial ethics.
Further I indicate the basic information on selected company, summarize hypotheses and describe how the data were collected and processed.
Next unit is dedicated to sorting and processing of collected data by using standard statistical methods. It includes polygons and histograms of the frequency characteristics of the sample file, 95% bilateral confidence interval for the estimation of relative frequencies of the basic file of selected issues and tests of statistical hypothesis pronounced.
After that I express my own judgments and recommendations. Conclusion includes response to the initial question: "What styles of management and ethical principles are applied in managing work of managers at a business company?" and summarizes further evidence that research has produced.
