Nasazení posádek a prostředků zdravotní služby na dálnici D1 v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with availability evaluation of motorway D1 by the emergency rescue service in Moravian - Silesian Region in terms of entrances and preparedness of the emergency rescue service for multiple victim accident. In the first part, thesis deals with motorway D1, where are written the benefits for Moravian – Silesian Region and there is evaluation of accident rate for its short working time. In the next part there is sum up crews emergency medical services available to motorway’s entrances. Thesis continuous by motorway D1 availability in terms of arrival times and distances of emergency medical services stations to each entrance. Component of this chapter are multiple victim accidents and preparedness evaluation the Emergency rescue service in Moravian – Silesian Region including material and technical rear. Medical facilities as end elements of providing health service not only in case of traffic accident are presented in individual chapter. Thesis is terminated by danger overview, which follows from intervention on the motorway for emergency medical technicians.
