Abstract

The aim of this work is to analyze the viability of the company, which is on the timeline in the crisis phase. Analyze the potential of the company, and prove to stakeholders that the complete demise of the company and liquidation is not the solution. The demonstration is performed by determining the strategy and demonstrating the estimation of the liquidation value and simulating the value of the company, if it were to continue to operate. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the expert knowledge of the subject matter is in the form of literary research. In the next part, the company is characterized by its products and activities. The practical part includes financial results and economic indicators, the analysis of the strategy itself, demonstrating the potential, determining the financial plan, and the value of the company by the selected method. Furthermore, an evaluation is performed, which is distributed to stakeholders. At the end of the work is summarized the overall work and the results.
