Abstract

Summary Job Rotation of line managers Job Rotation is a new form of learning. The goal of my thesis was to highlight the importance of this new form of learning for leadership positions in company engaged in providing financial services, specifically in position as team leader. In the theoretical part, I tried to focus on deeper understanding and benefits that entails job rotation. In practical part, there is a general identification of the company itself and brief description of call centre operations. I also described project „Job Rotation of team leaders“ in this part, which I had designed and placed in the company. Based on the obtained data through interviews, I have found out the benefits for company, for individual processes and team leaders. I assessed the situation and attempted to propose solutions for the continuation of internal rotation.
