Lidský kapitál a jeho vliv na ekonomickou úroveň v zemích ASEAN

Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to determine whether human capital can have an impact on the economic level of countries ASEAN. Thesis is structured into three main parts except introduction and conclusion. The first one contains a theoretical definition of human capital and economic level. There is an overview of definitions and views on human capital. Second part of this thesis bears the summary of present empirical research in this area. In the end of the part is a list of possible indicators applicable to measuring human capital. The third part contains own empirical analysis. In the first part is the descriptive and comparative analysis. In the second part is the correlation analysis, on the basis of which can be traced the interdependence of human capital and economic level of countries. The conclusion brings the summary of the empirical analysis results and summary of the whole bachelor thesis.

Bachelor thesis is completed by many pictures and tables which demonstrate the results of the descriptive and correlative analyses.
