Vliv jádrových směsí na vlastnosti jednotné bentonitové směsi

Abstract

Determination of influence of core mixtures (COLD–BOX; HOT-BOX) on properties of green sand systems is the goal of this thesis. Amount of core mixture, which has negative effect on mechanical and technological properties of united bentonite mixture (UBM), and effect of core mixture with different conditions of preparation (burning of core mixture and burning of core mixture and UBM mix), were studied. Series of tests were carried out in order to determination of mechanical and technological properties of mixtures. In the case, that core mixture and UBM was burning out together, negative effect of addition of core mixture on mechanical and technological properties of UBM was obtain. It is necessary to realize these measurements in foundry in order to check of the results of this study.
