Nákládání s odpady na území města Ostravy

Abstract

The proposed bachelor thesis deals with handling waste in the area of Ostrava City. The main purpose is to compare possibilities of deposition (waste disposal), waste separation and waste combustion. The first part of the bachelor thesis introduces chances of storing waste and their usage after separation. It describes single separate lines that enable to sort out useful parts from the others that end at the dumping places, possibilities of using electrowaste and the meaning of collections of wastes in the territory of the city. Furtehrmore, the work follows the amount of waste in single years, this information is also shown in graphic design. The processed data come from the materials of the corporate town Ostrava, Olomouc, Liberec and Pilsen. The other part of the bachelor thesis deals with waste incineration plant in the area of the Czech Republic and their comparison from the point of view of using – usage in operation, using of energy, the amount of burned waste a year. One individual chapter is focused on building of an incineration plant in Moravian Silesian region and its description. The last part of the chapter follows the deniers of building waste plants and little awareness of schema_dspacedb.
